Q : Do we deliver?

A : Yes, to Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés and Retailers. We will no longer to be able to make home deliveries. We will be happy to welcome our personal customers at Alamboga’s office to pick up the order themselves or, to deal with appointed online transportation arranged by personal customers.

 

Q : What is our minimum order?

A : 500.000 Rp 

 

Q : What payments are accepted?

A : Cash, Credit Card (Warehouse only). A surcharge of 2% from total invoice applies for purchase less than 1 million with debit or credit cards payment.

 

Q : Where do we deliver to?

A : All areas in Bali (excluding Singaraja and Negara), Jakarta, Surabaya, Malang, Lombok, Gili, Sumbawa, Labuan Bajo, Manado, Makasar, Sumatra, Papua and Balikpapan.

Q : Can I get an ETA on my order?

A : No. Due to unpredictable traffic situations, we’re unable to advise the expected arrival time of the order.

 

Q  : If I want to return something, what is the policy?

A : Once you receive your order, please check all the items and quantities thoroughly. Alamboga must receive details of missing, wrong or damaged goods from your order in 1 x 24 hour from the date of the goods received by the client. Alamboga will not be held responsible for any complaint after 1 x 24 hour.
