1. How to purchase the product from Alamboga ?
Please register your name or your company by fill in the registration form and also submitting the required documents. The registration process will takes one working day.

3. What payments are accepted ?
Cash, Debit Card, and Credit Card (In house only).
4. Where do we deliver to ?
a. Bali Area : all regions in Bali except Tabanan, Jembrana and Buleleng.
b. Outside Bali Area : Jabodetabek, Java areas, Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan, and Lombok.

5. Can I get an ETA on my order?
Due to unpredictable traffic situations, we’re unable to advise the expected arrival time of the order.
6. If I want to return something, what is the policy?
Once you receive your order, please check all the items and quantities thoroughly. Alamboga must receive details of missing, wrong or damaged goods from your order within 24 hours from the date of the goods received by the customer.
Alamboga will not be held responsible for any complaint after 24 hours.
7. Is the NPWP or Tax Identification Number a compulsory for customer registration?
Yes, it is a compulsary for new customers to include their NPWP or Tax Identification Number in their registration form. This is required field for Alamboga Internusa because we are a public audited company and we follow Indonesia’s government regulation.
